Accomplished Financial Professional and Financial Coach. Founder of Foster Financial Education, LLC, a financial education firm specializing in partnering with schools, communities and businesses to educate,
empower and equip individuals with financial literacy skills to help bridge the gap between living in financial constraints and obtaining true financial and debt freedom. Professional experience includes over twenty years in the banking and financial industry, Series 6, 63 (Securities Licenses), Series 65 (Investment Advisor License) and Insurance License, Texas.

Additionally, Shanell’s passion is empowering and motivating people to reach their full potential. She has experience as a board member for various alumni and community organizations and enjoys actively volunteering in her community. Volunteer efforts include feeding Houston’s homeless population, volunteering at local homeless shelters and creating care packages for children at Texas Children’s Hospital. Further volunteer efforts include advocating for quality education, youth mentor and member of the Global Missions Ministry where she had an opportunity to serve on a mission trip to Brazil in 2012.
